Founder & Managing Partner
Shirley founded CHEE FM & Associates in 1999 and brings more than 25 years of experience across assurance audit, insolvency, restructuring, tax and corporate advisory. She began her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, spending six years there before establishing her own practice. Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, she has been a licensed Insolvency Practitioner approved by the Ministry of Law and an Approved Liquidator by the Registrar of Public Accountants since 1999.
Chow Siew Chong

Chow focuses on the SME environment — implementation, operations and financing across various phases of growth including start-ups, joint ventures, structuring and restructuring, divestment, business turnaround and Initial Public Offering. He is adept at hand-holding companies to move up their value chain, particularly in the digital age, to take advantage of business model innovation, branding and digital marketing. He strongly believes that size does not matter so long as business owners have the commitment and political will to reach their goals.
Bernice Tan
Partner, Audit & Assurance
Bernice is a Public Accountant and practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), as well as a member of CPA Australia. She graduated from Curtin University of Technology, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and brings more than 20 years of audit experience spanning construction, manufacturing, hotel and hospitality, fund management, telecommunications, trading and investment holding. As a partner, Bernice leads planning, allocation and management of audit assignments, audit reviews and reporting, client engagements, and on-the-job training and supervision of the audit and assurance team.
